The object of this contract is the execution of works for the refurbishment of a changing room for staff, on the ground floor of the building, and the creation of a washing area separated from the kitchen, on the first floor, at the Servei d’Habitatge Josep Padrós – General Weyler center of the Municipal Institute of Personal Services (IMSP), with the necessary construction and installation works to guarantee its functionality and compliance with current regulations, in accordance with the technical documentation governing the contract.
