SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of this contract is the execution of works for the refurbishment of a changing room for staff\, on the ground floor of the building\, and the creation of a washing area separated from the kitchen\, on the first floor\, at the Servei d’Habitatge Josep Padrós – General Weyler center of the Municipal Institute of Personal Services (IMSP)\, with the necessary construction and installation works to guarantee its functionality and compliance with current regulations\, in accordance with the technical documentation governing the contract. The action provides for the partial adaptation of the ground floor of the building\, currently used as a warehouse\, for the implementation of a changing room with associated hygienic services\, without altering the rest of the existing use. The works include the demolition of interior elements\, the new distribution through partitions\, the execution of flooring and wall coverings suitable for wet areas and the comprehensive adaptation of the installations (water\, sanitation\, electricity\, air conditioning and domestic hot water production)\, including the incorporation of a charging point for electric vehicles. Likewise\, the creation of a differentiated washing area within the kitchen area is planned\, through the reorganization of the existing space\, the execution of interior work and the adaptation of the necessary installations. This action includes the implementation of construction solutions and finishes suitable for food environments\, as well as the installation of specific equipment and ventilation systems\, guaranteeing compliance with technical\, sanitary and functional requirements for its use. In this sense\, the described actions respond to functional and regulatory needs detected in the equipment\, in accordance with the technical documentation governing the contract\, and are considered the most appropriate solution to guarantee its correct use.
