Manufacturing, supply and installation of semi-underground containers in the metropolitan beach area. Mixed contract to include services of different contract types (art. 18 LCSP). The merging of different services (supply and works) is not only justified by their direct connection, but is essential to achieve the purpose of the contract in an effective and functional manner. On one hand, there are the supply tasks (art. 16 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, hereinafter LCSP) and, on the other hand, those related to a works contract (art. 13 LCSP).

Execution of the works necessary for the adaptation of the existing pedestrian route of Punta Falconera, as well as some small furniture interventions in the leisure area located at the beginning and the adaptation of the interior of a bunker crossed by the same route. Two itineraries have been planned that share a good part of the beginning and end of the section, seeking to reduce the slope to increase the number of visitors who can enjoy the environment, thus avoiding the alteration of the natural orography and improving the conditions of the terrain, delaying its deterioration both by the erosion of atmospheric agents and by the use of people.

Given that, as stated in the project, the action provides continuity to the Comprehensive project for environmental recovery, enhancement and tourist activation of the historic center of Ginestar “VIURE AL POBLE +”, through which the City Council renovated and redeveloped part of the old town, and aims to continue adapting the rest of the streets in the urban center. Carrer Nou is part of the expansion of the historic center of Ginestar; it is a road that is already urbanized and has all urban services, but its pavement and service networks require renewal. The action is located in the southern part of Carrer Nou, with an intervention area of 343,48 m², and proposes the redevelopment of the street with a single platform more adapted to pedestrians. The total demolition of the pavement and the road sub-base is planned, as well as the formation of a single platform finished with concrete slabs of 20x40x8 cm laid in a herringbone pattern, in continuity with the existing pavement of the adjacent streets. Likewise, the renewal of the sewage network, a new rainwater collection network (provisionally connected to the sewage system), the renewal of the drinking water network and existing connections, the placement and burial of the telecommunications network, and the renewal of public lighting with luminaires are planned.
