It is an isolated building, consisting of a ground floor, first floor, attic and small chimney. On the Entecada street facade there is an access to the ground floor (Town Hall area) and another on the rear facade that accesses the upper floors via a staircase. This building is renovated, as an intervention was carried out on the attic floor and small chimney. In this intervention, in order to maintain the style of the building typical of the area, the facades were maintained and all the floor slabs were redone. The objective is the partial renovation of the vertical communication core for the installation of an elevator for a public building. The installation of the elevator in the planned location will not involve any modification to the useful surface area of the existing building, as it is carried out from the outside. Access to the elevator will be from the access lobby of the west facade on the ground floor.

The object of these specifications is the definition of the technical requirements that must govern the contracting of the manufacture and supply of contactless cards that serve as a physical container for ATM transport tickets within the integrated fare system of the Lleida Area. With the aim of improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the existing public transport network, the ATM implemented in the year 2008 in the territorial scope of the Lleida Area, the fare integration project, technologically based on the use of chip cards and contactless communications as a physical support for multi-trip transport tickets offered by the ATM and valid for all public transport operators adhering to the system. The operation of the equipment and systems that make up the technological base of the integrated fare system of the Lleida Area is based on a set of technical specifications that, in the particular case that concerns, specifies the type of cards and the technical conditions for their issuance. These cards, of mandatory use when using the multi-trip transport tickets offered by the ATM, must have certain design and realization characteristics that must allow and facilitate the recording, reading, registration and conservation of the data stored inside and also guarantee confidentiality and security, all with the degree of reliability of the same. Likewise, regarding the card envelope, it must facilitate its recognition among the different users of the system as well as among the adhering public transport operators, so its exterior appearance must comply with the graphic design established by the ATM.
