The purpose of this tender document is to regulate the contracting of maintenance, support, technical operation and continuous improvement services for Betevé’s perimeter security layer, including the main firewalls, remote security and interconnection equipment—both wired and wireless (FortiSwitch secured switches and Fortinet Wi-Fi antennas), the event analysis and correlation platform, security licences, manufacturer support services, incident management, execution of preventive and corrective tasks, and specialised technical assistance throughout the contractual period. The contractor shall provide end-to-end service coverage over the entire perimeter security infrastructure covered by the scope, without limitation to mere warranty processing or reactive intervention. The tender must include an express and unconditional acceptance of all requirements set out in this tender document, including those formulated as outcome-based obligations, means-based obligations, periodic deliverables and service-level commitments. The contractor shall maintain all existing functionalities and improvements implemented during the contract, ensuring operational continuity, traceability of changes and minimal service disruption.
