The object of the contract is the execution of the works included in the “Basic and execution project for the renovation of part of the drinking water and sanitation network of Picamoixons (Carrer St. Antoni M. Claret, Sant Salvador and Ctra. Rocabruna)”, definitively approved by decree of the presidency of the Decentralized Municipal Entity of Picamoixons. The expression of the coding corresponding to the nomenclature of the common procurement vocabulary (CPV) is: - 45232150-8 (Works related to water distribution pipes). - 45232410-9 (Sewerage works). The aforementioned code is the coding corresponding to the CPV classification of the European Commission, in accordance with Regulation (EC) 2195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 5 November 2002, by which the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) is approved, amended by Regulations (EC) 2151/2003, of 16 December 2003 and 213/2008, of 28 November 2007. Division into lots is not appropriate, in accordance with what is established in article 99.3.b) of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, by which the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of 26 February 2014, are transposed into the Spanish legal system, hereinafter LCSP.
