Institut de Recherche Pour le Developpement, based in France, has launched a tender for other supplies and services. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in French and must arrive no later than 2 Nov 2026, 13:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Institut de Recherche Pour le Developpement sees slightly more bidding competition than is typical for this trade. Across 9 known contracts, they average 4.1 bids per tender, against a national average of 3.4. Their latest award was a €38,168 contract (“L’accord cadre a pour objet la fourniture de prestations de conseil et d’audits…”), which went to Deloitte & Associes, chosen from 6 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
