Our read

Rectorado de la Universidad de Salamanca sees slightly less bidding competition than is typical for this trade. Across 107 known contracts, they average 2.5 bids per tender, against a national average of 3.1. Their latest award was a €4,233,974 contract (“Servicio de vigilancia, seguridad y mantenimiento de sistemas de seguridad en l…”), which went to Vigilantes Asociados Al Servicio de Banca Y Empresas, Vasbe, S.l., the only bidder. At €146,880, this tender sits well below the typical €336,000 for this trade nationally, which gives smaller firms a better chance than on most contracts of its kind.
