Delegación del Gobierno para el Plan Nacional sobre Drogas, based in Madrid, has launched a tender for engineering and consulting. The contract is estimated at €28,000 and runs for 10 months. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Spanish and must arrive no later than 30 Oct 2026, 23:59.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Their latest award was a €235,950 contract (“Realización de la encuesta sobre uso de drogas en enseñanzas secundarias en Esp…”), which went to Análisis e Investigación, S.l., chosen from 3 bids. At €28,000, this tender sits well below the typical €297,521 for this trade nationally, which gives smaller firms a better chance than on most contracts of its kind.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
