Universität Rostock has launched a tender for IT, software and telecom. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. Bids must arrive no later than 30 Oct 2026, 12:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Universität Rostock sees slightly less bidding competition than is typical for this trade. Across 50 known contracts, they average 2.5 bids per tender, against a national average of 3.2. Their latest award was a €554,430 contract (“Testsystem klimaneutrale Energieträger”), which went to AVL Deutschland GmbH, chosen from 3 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
