Epfl Vpf Achats, based in Lausanne, has launched a tender for catering and food. The buyer has split the job into 8 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in French and must arrive no later than 29 Nov 2026, 16:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Epfl Vpf Achats sees a completely standard level of bidding competition. Across 37 known contracts, they average 4.1 bids per tender, in line with the national average of 4 for this trade. Their latest award was a CHF 29,428,885 contract (“Epfl asb – ao 9 – gros oeuvre”), which went to FR_Implenia Schweiz AG, chosen from 2 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
