Riksrevisionen, based in Stockholm, has launched a tender for engineering and consulting. The contract is estimated at 6,000,000 kr. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Swedish or English and must arrive no later than 30 Nov 2026, 22:59.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Riksrevisionen rarely draws many bidders. Across 12 known contracts, they average only 3.5 bids per tender, well below the national average of 5.9 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a 24,000,000 kr contract (“Lön som tjänst”), which went to Västsvenska Lönekonsulter AB, chosen from 2 bids. At 6,000,000 kr, this tender is right in line with the typical 8,745,440 kr for this trade nationally.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
