Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Polish and must arrive no later than 13 Nov 2026, 12:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. rarely draws many bidders. Across 64 known contracts, they average only 2.3 bids per tender, well below the national average of 3.4 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a 308,880,000 zł contract (“Budowa źródła ciepła dla miasta Jaworzna”), which went to Ab Industry S.a., chosen from 5 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
