Trelleborgs kommun has launched a tender for catering and food. The contract is estimated at 10,000,000 kr. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Swedish and must arrive no later than 23 Nov 2026, 22:59.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Trelleborgs kommun sees a completely standard level of bidding competition. Across 62 known contracts, they average 5.3 bids per tender, in line with the national average of 5 for this trade. Their latest award was a 8,000,000 kr contract (“Färdtjänst”), which went to Vellingetaxi AB, the only bidder. At 10,000,000 kr, this tender sits well below the typical 26,000,000 kr for this trade nationally, which gives smaller firms a better chance than on most contracts of its kind.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
