OLG Köln has launched a tender for IT, software and telecom. The contract runs for 3 years. The buyer has split the job into 2 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in German and must arrive no later than 30 Oct 2026, 23:59.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
OLG Köln sees slightly less bidding competition than is typical for this trade. Across 15 known contracts, they average 2.3 bids per tender, against a national average of 3.2. Their latest award was a €940,832 contract (“Supportverlängerung der Checkpoint-Systeme”), which went to Bechtle GmbH, chosen from 2 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
