VZW Samenaankoop AZO, based in Ruddervoorde, has launched a tender for IT, software and telecom. The contract runs for 4 years. The buyer has split the job into 4 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Dutch and must arrive no later than 12 Nov 2026, 07:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
VZW Samenaankoop AZO rarely draws many bidders. Across 16 known contracts, they average only 2.3 bids per tender, well below the national average of 4.1 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a €192,707 contract (“Raamovereenkomst voor levering van diverse koude dranken”), which went to Alken-Maes, chosen from 2 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
