Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Luleå kommun sees slightly less bidding competition than is typical for this trade. Across 161 known contracts, they average 3.6 bids per tender, against a national average of 5. Their latest award was a 30,000,000 kr contract (“Tvätt- och textilservice”), which went to Textilia Tvätt & Textilservice AB, the only bidder. At 55,000,000 kr, this tender is well above the typical 26,000,000 kr for this trade nationally. If it is too large for your company alone, you can bid together with a partner.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
