In plain words

University College Cork has launched a tender for education and training. The contract is estimated at €2,100,000 and runs for 5 years. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.

Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in English and must arrive no later than 20 Nov 2026, 12:00.

Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.

Our read

University College Cork sees slightly less bidding competition than is typical for this trade. Across 50 known contracts, they average 3.5 bids per tender, against a national average of 4.6. Their latest award was a €400,000 contract (“The provision of Notetaking, Stereotype Communication, and Academic Assistant s…”), which went to NoteTaking Solutions Ltd, chosen from 2 bids. At €2,100,000, this tender is well above the typical €160,000 for this trade nationally. If it is too large for your company alone, you can bid together with a partner.

We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
