In plain words

Zdravstveni Dom Ajdovščina has launched a tender for cleaning and facility services. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.

Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Slovenian and must arrive no later than 27 Nov 2026, 08:00.

Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.

Our read

Zdravstveni Dom Ajdovščina rarely draws many bidders. Across 5 known contracts, they average only 1.4 bids per tender, well below the national average of 2.7 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a €62,168 contract (“Oskrba z zobozdravstvenim potrošnim materialom ii”), which went to PRODENT INTERNATIONAL, Trgovina z zobozdravstvenimi in medicinskimi proizvodi, d.o.o., chosen from 2 bids.

We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.

Do you qualify?

Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
