Lunds universitet has launched a tender for energy and utilities. The contract is estimated at 520,000,000 kr. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Swedish and must arrive no later than 26 Nov 2026, 23:59.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Lunds universitet sees slightly less bidding competition than is typical for this trade. Across 150 known contracts, they average 2.5 bids per tender, against a national average of 3. Their latest award was a 5,000,000 kr contract (“Complete Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) with associated equipment”), which went to Uave Limited, the only bidder. At 520,000,000 kr, this tender is well above the typical 12,000,000 kr for this trade nationally. If it is too large for your company alone, you can bid together with a partner.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
