Stockholms Konserthusstiftelse has launched a tender for energy and utilities. The contract is estimated at 2,500,000 kr and runs for 2 years. The buyer has split the job into 2 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Swedish and must arrive no later than 16 Nov 2026, 22:59.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Their latest award was a 10,000,000 kr contract (“Generalkonsult fasadarbeten”), which went to Ahlqvist & Almqvist Arkitekter AB, chosen from 5 bids. At 2,500,000 kr, this tender sits well below the typical 12,000,000 kr for this trade nationally, which gives smaller firms a better chance than on most contracts of its kind.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
