Upphandlingsenheten Mora, Orsa och Älvdalen rarely draws many bidders. Across 42 known contracts, they average only 3.7 bids per tender, well below the national average of 8.6 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a 375,000 kr contract (“Elenergi Mora Orsa och Älvdalen”), which went to Entelios AB, chosen from 4 bids. At 7,000,000 kr, this tender sits well below the typical 21,385,350 kr for this trade nationally, which gives smaller firms a better chance than on most contracts of its kind.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
