Österåkers kommun draws strong bidding competition. Across 17 known contracts, they average 5.4 bids per tender, well above the national average of 3.7 for this trade, so price and paperwork need to be sharp. Their latest award was a 100,000,000 kr contract (“Drift Bostad med särskilt stöd enligt SoL Skogstäppan”), which went to Nytida AB, chosen from 2 bids. At 5,000,000 kr, this tender is right in line with the typical 9,427,012 kr for this trade nationally.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
