Troms Fylkeskommune, based in Tromsø, has launched a tender for engineering and consulting. The contract is estimated at 9,000,000 kr. The buyer has split the job into 5 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Norwegian or English and must arrive no later than 18 Nov 2026, 12:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Troms Fylkeskommune rarely draws many bidders. Across 37 known contracts, they average only 3.1 bids per tender, well below the national average of 6.7 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a 88,000,000 kr contract (“Competition for the operation of the ferry service Hansnes-Reinøy”), which went to Torghatten Nord As, chosen from 3 bids. At 9,000,000 kr, this tender is right in line with the typical 5,100,000 kr for this trade nationally.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
