Akademiska Hus Aktiebolag draws strong bidding competition. Across 110 known contracts, they average 5.8 bids per tender, well above the national average of 4.1 for this trade, so price and paperwork need to be sharp. Their latest award was a 130,000,000 kr contract (“Utförandeentreprenad i samverkan - ombyggnation Gamla Kirurgen, Lund”), which went to NCC Sverige AB, chosen from 3 bids. At 10,000,000 kr, this tender is right in line with the typical 7,500,000 kr for this trade nationally.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
