Our read

Stadt Regensburg draws strong bidding competition. Across 286 known contracts, they average 6.5 bids per tender, well above the national average of 4.6 for this trade, so price and paperwork need to be sharp. Their latest award was a €138,599 contract (“62-2026-594-EA - Photovoltaikanlage nach DIN 18382”), which went to Mehr Ampere GmbH, chosen from 7 bids. At €312,520, this tender is right in line with the typical €378,280 for this trade nationally.

We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
