AB SigtunaHem, based in Märsta, has launched a tender for engineering and consulting. The contract is estimated at 25,000,000 kr. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Swedish and must arrive no later than 10 Nov 2026, 00:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
AB SigtunaHem rarely draws many bidders. Across 24 known contracts, they average only 3.4 bids per tender, well below the national average of 5.9 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a 15,000,000 kr contract (“IT-drift och support”), which went to Nordlo Stockholm City AB, chosen from 3 bids. At 25,000,000 kr, this tender is well above the typical 9,000,000 kr for this trade nationally. If it is too large for your company alone, you can bid together with a partner.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
