Jyväskylän yliopisto has launched a tender for cleaning and facility services. The contract is estimated at €320,000. The buyer has split the job into 2 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Finnish and must arrive no later than 12 Nov 2026, 10:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Jyväskylän yliopisto rarely draws many bidders. Across 22 known contracts, they average only 2.5 bids per tender, well below the national average of 6.3 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a €800,000 contract (“Ohjelmisto- ja järjestelmäkehityksen asiantuntijapalvelujen puitejärjestely”), which went to Karzasol Oy, the only bidder. At €320,000, this tender is right in line with the typical €330,000 for this trade nationally.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
