In plain words

Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben, based in Bonn, has launched a tender for cleaning and facility services. The buyer has split the job into 3 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.

Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in German and must arrive no later than 19 Nov 2026, 09:00.

Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.

Our read

Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben rarely draws many bidders. Across 718 known contracts, they average only 6.4 bids per tender, well below the national average of 9.6 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a €645,396 contract (“Offenes Verfahren (EU-weit) zur Vergabe von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für WE …”), which went to LiL Service GmbH, chosen from 8 bids.

We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.

Do you qualify?

Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
