Machine translation. The official title is Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von PZU-Umschlägen für das BAMF.
Bundesrepublik Deutschland, vertreten durch das Bundesministerium des Innern, vertreten durch das Beschaffungsamt des BMI, based in Bonn, has launched a tender for IT, software and telecom. The buyer has split the job into 4 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in German and must arrive no later than 5 Nov 2026, 11:30.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Bundesrepublik Deutschland sees a completely standard level of bidding competition. Across 367 known contracts, they average 3.5 bids per tender, in line with the national average of 3.2 for this trade. Their latest award was a €137,997 contract (“Lizenzen JetBrains - ZITiS”), which went to megasoft IT GmbH & Co. KG, chosen from 3 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
