Ville de Tournai has launched a tender for energy and utilities. The buyer has split the job into 3 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in French and must arrive no later than 10 Nov 2026, 00:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Ville de Tournai sees a completely standard level of bidding competition. Across 17 known contracts, they average 2.9 bids per tender, in line with the national average of 3.2 for this trade. Their latest award was a €672,505 contract (“Fourniture et installation d’agencement scénographique du Carré Janson de Tourn…”), which went to Delta Production, chosen from 2 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
