Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Service des bâtiments de l'Etat de Neuchâtel rarely draws many bidders. Across 3 known contracts, they average only 2.3 bids per tender, well below the national average of 4.6 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a CHF 11,024,622 contract (“UNIVERS_Nouveau bâtiment pour l'université de Neuchâtel _ Espace Tilo-Frey, Neu…”), which went to FR_Hevron S.A., chosen from 5 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
