Bostadsstiftelsen Signalisten i Solna sees slightly more bidding competition than is typical for this trade. Across 17 known contracts, they average 7 bids per tender, against a national average of 5.9. Their latest award was a 4,200,000 kr contract (“Tekniska konsulttjänster - Brandkonsulter”), which went to Säkerhetspartner Norden Aktiebolag, chosen from 8 bids. At 3,000,000 kr, this tender sits well below the typical 9,000,000 kr for this trade nationally, which gives smaller firms a better chance than on most contracts of its kind.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
