Sykehusinnkjøp Hf, based in Vadsø, has launched a tender for engineering and consulting. The contract is estimated at 4,000,000 kr and runs for 4 years. The whole job goes out as a single contract, so you need to be able to deliver all of it, either on your own or together with partners.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Norwegian and must arrive no later than 2 Nov 2026, 11:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Sykehusinnkjøp Hf rarely draws many bidders. Across 448 known contracts, they average only 3.6 bids per tender, well below the national average of 6.7 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a 8,000,000 kr contract (“Low temperature autoclave sterile centre for Innlandet Hospital (Hamar)”), which went to Asp Norge As, chosen from 3 bids. At 4,000,000 kr, this tender is right in line with the typical 5,100,000 kr for this trade nationally.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
