Secretaria-Geral do Governo rarely draws many bidders. Across 15 known contracts, they average only 1.7 bids per tender, well below the national average of 4.4 for this trade, so a well-prepared bid stands a real chance. Their latest award was a €855,790 contract (“Aquisição de serviços de desenvolvimento aplicacional e de manutenção das aplic…”), which went to Winning, Lda., the only bidder. At €424,008, this tender is right in line with the typical €357,000 for this trade nationally.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
Do not lose this contract over a missing document. GroundedBid reads the tender documents and lists what the buyer asks of you, each line with the page it comes from.
