Framework Agreement for the Manufacture and Distribution of Refrigerated Meal Boxes, Oskarshamn

Our read

Oskarshamns kommun sees a completely standard level of bidding competition. Across 13 known contracts, they average 4.8 bids per tender, in line with the national average of 5 for this trade. Their latest award was a 2,500,000 kr contract (“Extrastädning, byggstädning och höghöjdsstädning”), which went to Ocab Sydost AB, the only bidder. At 12,000,000 kr, this tender sits well below the typical 26,000,000 kr for this trade nationally, which gives smaller firms a better chance than on most contracts of its kind.

We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
