Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in German and must arrive no later than 29 Oct 2026, 12:00.

Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.

Our read

DAK-Gesundheit draws strong bidding competition. Across 234 known contracts, they average 6.3 bids per tender, well above the national average of 3.2 for this trade, so price and paperwork need to be sharp. Their latest award was a €309,946 contract (“Empfangsdienst für die DAK-Gesundheit am Standort Hamburg (Nagelsweg)”), which went to ESD Empfangs- und Sekretariatsdienstletungen GmbH, chosen from 11 bids.

We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
