Gemeente Voorschoten has launched a tender for transport and vehicles. The contract runs for 1 year. The buyer has split the job into 4 lots that are awarded separately, so you can bid for the ones that suit your company.
Because this is an open procedure, any qualified company is welcome to submit a bid. All bid documents must be written in Dutch and must arrive no later than 6 Nov 2026, 09:00.
Written from the facts of the notice. The official notice is the only binding text.
Gemeente Voorschoten sees a completely standard level of bidding competition. Across 5 known contracts, they average 3 bids per tender, in line with the national average of 2.8 for this trade. Their latest award was a €581,800 contract (“Onderhoud Sportpark Adegeest”), which went to Jos Scholman Groen B.V., chosen from 2 bids.
We base these figures on the award notices we collect: every one we hold for this buyer, plus the last twelve months of awards in this trade across the country.
