The object of this contract is the Project for conditioning the access and services to the old Pletes. This is a mountain path with a steep gradient, currently impassable for vehicles. The Old Pletes Farm does not have basic services such as potable water or fiber optic connection, although these services are nearby at the start of this path. This path is currently in very poor condition, making vehicle passage impossible and also presents a strong gradient. For these reasons, the paving of the path with a concrete layer is proposed to allow passage of all types of vehicles. The Old Pletes Farm does not have any basic services. Given that the municipal water network is located at the start of the path, at the intersection with the Camarulles path, and the same applies to the main fiber optic network, it is proposed to bring these basic services to the farm, running underground and parallel to the new concrete pavement.
