It is necessary to contract a specialized company to carry out the cleaning tasks of the facade and windows of difficult access of the headquarters of the Baix Ebre County Council and the Ebreterra center and the business incubator of the company Baix Ebre Innova, SL on a periodic basis, providing all the materials and elements necessary to perform this type of service, to maintain the facilities of the different buildings in the minimum conditions of hygiene and health essential for the service provided there, both for the use of the facilities by workers and for external users who may use them. The Baix Ebre County Council and Baix Ebre Innova, SL have staff to perform the ordinary cleaning of the Council headquarters and the Ebreterra center and the business incubator, but these people do not have the time, preparation or adequate material and machinery to provide the cleaning services of difficult access such as cleaning cobwebs from the main facades and cleaning windows of difficult access, so their outsourcing is necessary.
