The main objective of this procurement is to deploy a comprehensive model of prevention, detection, intervention and community revitalization aimed at reducing situations of unwanted loneliness and promoting emotional well-being, social inclusion and community participation of the vulnerable population of the region. Unwanted loneliness constitutes a social and health risk factor with a direct impact on the physical, emotional and relational health of people, especially in rural environments and municipalities with low population density. The aging of the population, territorial dispersion, the fragility of family networks and situations of dependency make it necessary to have a stable community and relational support service.
