The City Council of Ulldemolins owns the premises where the Ulldemolins civic center is located, popularly known as “el centro”. The civic center, where the bar subject to the concession is located, has as its main objective the sociocultural revitalization of the municipality. It is configured as a space for the development of cultural, educational and leisure activities. The bar of “El centro” is conceived as an essential element of village life, a meeting space, and as a complement to the various services of the facility as a whole. Consequently, it must offer a unique, attractive and respectful image for all sectors of the population, collaborating in the development of activities that promote the lines and objectives set by the civic center and in their dissemination. This tender has as its object the concession of services for the management and operation of the bar of the Ulldemolins civic center which includes the bar-restaurant (hereinafter “civic center”).
