After having executed, in a first phase, the works corresponding to the first section of the external emergency staircase and the slab located above the “Cuina” exhibition hall, it is necessary to continue the actions to complete the rehabilitation of the property. This Stage 2 has as its object the execution of the rest of the structural interventions foreseen in the original project. The scope of action comprises the upper floors and the roof, and includes the tasks of consolidation, repair or replacement of those structural elements that are degraded by the passage of time or by their precarious state of conservation.
