The subject of the contract is the execution of the works defined in the “Project for the demolition of six buildings and auxiliary constructions at Can Camps in Fogars de la Selva”, drawn up by architect Josep Manel Mosquera Caballeria and approved by the Local Government Board in 21 of August 2026. The intervention comprises, as set out and within the scope defined in the approved project, preliminary works, disconnection of services, removal of materials containing asbestos, demolition of the buildings and auxiliary constructions, loading, segregation, transport and management of waste, site clearance, and final reprofiling, levelling and restoration of the affected land.
