The object of this contract is the Project for the rehabilitation of the municipal shed. The current municipal shed is used for the storage of potash and snow machinery. It consists of perimeter reinforced concrete retaining walls of 1,45 meters in height, above which there is a retractable fabric roof. The flooring is metallic and is highly deteriorated by oxidation, while the roof is torn and has leaks. The shed has exterior dimensions of 5,23 x 5,58 meters and an interior clear height of 3,5 meters. The roof is two-sided with a slope of 30%. During the rehabilitation process of the existing shed, the height will be modified to allow the municipal tractor and its equipment to access the interior. The fabric and existing metallic structure will be dismantled manually. The new structure will consist of steel pillars and beams. The pillars will be anchored to the existing concrete wall using plates secured with threaded rods or corrugated bars with chemical anchoring.
