SUMMARY:Bids close: The subject of the contract is the comprehensive management of a service for people experiencing homelessness during activation of the cold-weather operation. This activation takes place in response to potential cold spells or drops in temperature (according to established criteria) occurring in the city of Sabadell. The service aims to guarantee street outreach through a mobile intervention unit and a night shelter between 1 December and 31 March. The mobile unit will visit the 35 points identified as especially vulnerable and provide people experiencing homelessness with blankets\, warm clothing and hot food. It will also inform them about the opening of the night shelter and its operating rules. The night shelter will accommodate 20 people experiencing homelessness (15 men and 5 women)\, while simultaneously providing social support and meeting their basic needs.
