SUMMARY:Bids close: The civic center of Foixà was built in the years 30. It has a rectangular floor plan with a load-bearing wall structure and a tile roof over metal trusses. Under the trusses there is a plasterboard false ceiling. In the east part is the stage with dressing rooms and other dependencies underneath\, in the semi-basement floor. In the west part it is adjacent to the town hall offices. The following aspects have been detected to be adapted according to the regulations: - The assembly hall does not have sufficient evacuation means for the occupancy calculated according to DB-SI. - The roof structure does not have documentation certifying its fire resistance. There are no fire detection systems. - It does not have accessible toilets and the total number is lower than necessary. - Ventilation systems are missing. - Emergency lighting is missing. - The electrical installation has insufficient power for current needs and the situation will worsen with the installation of air conditioning.
