The Baix Ebre County Council and Baix Ebre Innova\, SL have staff to perform the ordinary cleaning of the Council headquarters and the Ebreterra center and the business incubator\, but these people do not have the time\, preparation or adequate material and machinery to provide the cleaning services of difficult access such as cleaning cobwebs from the main facades and cleaning windows of difficult access\, so their outsourcing is necessary.
