SUMMARY:Bids close: Execution of the works related to the “Project for the adaptation of the west sidewalk of Doctor Ferran street”\, definitively approved by agreement of the Local Government Board dated 23 of September of 2026\, in accordance with the determinations of the approved technical project which is considered the technical specifications of the contract. The scope of action comprises the west sidewalk of Doctor Ferran street\, around its confluence with Ramon y Cajal street\, and includes the perimeter sidewalks of the intersection\, the interior green area and the public spaces connecting with the existing residential buildings and commercial premises. The works consist mainly of the reorganization and adaptation of the public space\, through the renewal of pavements and urbanization elements\, the adaptation of gradients and pedestrian routes\, the removal of architectural barriers\, the reorganization of garden spaces and urban furniture\, as well as the renewal and improvement of urban service networks\, especially those for drinking water supply\, public lighting\, irrigation and drainage.
