SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of the contract is the service of assessment of psychological conditions for the use of firearms by members of the Terrassa municipal police. This assessment includes the application of the corresponding psychological\, psychotechnical and/or psychometric tests\, the professional interview when necessary\, the integration of the results obtained and the issuance of the individualized aptitude report\, with the corresponding qualification: fit\, fit with follow-up or unfit or any other resulting from the assessment. Also forming part of the object of the contract\, as actions directly linked to the psychological assessment carried out\, are the professional feedback interviews in those cases where the result is different from fit\, as well as the technical follow-up of cases qualified as fit with follow-up and guidance to the corresponding municipal managers\, in accordance with the conditions established in the technical specifications (PPT). These actions are specific in nature and linked exclusively to the assessment of aptitude for the use of firearms\, without constituting a continuous therapeutic intervention.
